The city health commissioner ‘ (Mr. Monashan) has published a statement as follows: “With the approach of the holiday season and with the spirit: of conviviality abroad. I think ,it well to issue a warning against the use of synthetic liquors. Everyone should avoid them. It must be generally known after the time that has elapsed since the passage of the prohibition law that the sunnly of good liquor Is very limited.”
