A PROFIT SHOWN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston North. Dec. 16. At a meeting of the general committee of the Manawatu A. and P. Association the chairman made a brief report on the financial outcome of tre recent Royal Show, though matters wore not yet finalised with the Royal Society. As far as could be ascertaned there was a profit of £231, to which would be added possibly £7O. “Seeing we were Caking on something never before attempted in the Dominion, the position was very good,’’ said the chairman.
