A CLAIM F )R ROYALTIES. St Telegraph.—Press A-=n.—Copyright. London. Dec. 14. The Daily Mail says that Krupps intends to claim before the Anglo German tribunal royalties of from 14d to 184. according to size, on millions of shell manufactured by Vickers and Co. during war time. The claim is based on an agreement in 1902, whereby Vickers and Co. undertook to pay royalties. Vickers contend that an article in the Versailles Treaty dissolved the agreement.
