British experts who have returned from the Continent are of opinion that 1924 will be one of the worst champagne years throughout Europe owing to persistent rains and the absence of sunshine. FUTURE OF BRITISH HONDURAS. Manague, Sept. 24. British diplomatic officials denied the reports printed in the Guatemala press and other Central American States, according to which British Honduras was to revert to Guatemala, and the United States would be permitted to establish a naval base in the ceded territory as part payment of the British debt to the United States. TOO MANY FLYING ACCIDENTS. Rome, Sept. 25. The newspapers are drawing attention to the number of Hying accidents, and demanding that the service be overhauled. Sixty pilots have been killed this year.
