SOLICITOR FOUND DEAD.
THRICE IN DIVORCE OOURI. By Telegraph.—Urew Asen.—Copyright. Received Sept. 21, 11.6 p.m. London, Sept. 21. Walter Mourilyan, a solicitor, of Richmond, Surrey, was found dead, in his flat at Putney with his head inside tlhe oven of a gas cooker. A clerk arrived at the flats and told the attendant that Mourilyan had not appeared at the office and had not replied the telephone. The attendant climbed to the balcony, broke a window and entered. Mrs. Mourilyan was absent visiting. She has since made a statement to the police. It is understood she was married recently to Mourilyan, who was about fifty years of age. He was thrice in the Divorce Court, the last time in 1922, when his second wife’s suit was succesaful. His cross petition, alleging the ndeconduct of nis wife with a young Egyptian prince, Said Fazil, was dismissed.
