ALL ABOARD SAFE *, Talegraph—Prssa Hokitika, Sept. 19. Advice has been received that the auxiliary ketch Elsie, which left Hokitika for Okura on Monday, was stranded at Jackson Bay at noon on Tuesday, ten chains north-east of the landing. It is presumed the vessel ran to the bay for shelter owing to the northerly blowing. All eboarf are safe and the vessel ie expected to refloat next spring tides.
