Labour Conference decided that f‘ae z discussions upon migration, the treatment of coloured native races, and preferential trade should be communicated to the affiliated bodies without a resolution being passed; secondly, that the British Labour Party and Trade Union Congress should appoint a standing committee to deal with matters relating to the Dominions, the committee should consult overseas labour bodies on matters of importance; thirdly, that a further conference be held in London in August. 1925. It was considered desirable that similar conferences be held at least bi-annually-
