AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland. Sept. 17. Tn the Supreme Court John Graham and Albert Edward Duncan, two men with bad crime records, -were sentenced for breaking, entering and theft of jewellery valued at £305. The former was sentenced to four years’ hard labour on the charge of theft; the latter was sentenced to twelve months’ imprisonment. John Desmond Lauchlan Gobble, for breaking, entering and theft at Pukekohe. was admitted to three vears’ probation. Rupert James Connell, aged 24, for receiving stolen property, was admitted to two years’ probation/ conditionally on paying £3O to the probation officer in twelve monthly instalments.
