A CAPTIVE PRINCE.
CONFINED FOR 22 YEARS. London, August 31. it has been revelaed, says the Weekly Despatch, that the fabulously wealthy Egyptian Prince Seifeddm, who in 1898 attempted to assassinate the present King iFuad, has been confined, like a modern Count of Monte Cristo, since 1602 in a .London, mental hospital. His mother is pressing the Government for his release.
