FRANCE AND THE RUHR.

WARNING TO SEPARATISTS. ORGANISATION TO DISBAND. London, Sept. 2 Palatinate separatists, camouflaged under the name of the “Rhenish Workers’ Party,** have been instructed by the French to break up their organisation, according to the Cologne correspondent of The Times. It is stated that telegrams from Speyer, announce that Colonel Gellen, legal adviser to General Demetz, summoned the separa_ist leaders to meet him on August 23, and toki them that their organisation must be promptly and completely dissolved, and must not be reformed under any other name.

The “Rhenish Workers’ Party” had proclaimed itself heir to the defunct "’autonomous government,” and was in close touch with the notorious Herr Matthes. Though its membership was small, it was a standing menace to peace and order in the Palatinate.
