SPECIAL RESOLUTION. At a meeting of the New Plymouth Gas Company yesterday the following resolution, which was passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the company held month, was confirmed: "That articles of association in the form of a draft set of articles of association produced to this meeting be substituted for the existing articles of association of the company.”
