The London Gazette announces that receiving orders in bankruptcy have been issued against Miss Ethel Warwick, the actress, who toured Australia twice, and Mr- C. B. Cochran, the theatrical manager. The latter’s liabiljtiee approach £lOO,OOO. He expected tto make £50,000 out of the rodeo, but be states he has not received a penny.
