MILD EPIDEMIC IN AUSTRALIA. By Teletrraph.—Fraas Assn.—Copyright Received June 14, 5.5 p.m. Sydney. June 14. Influenza, mostly of a mild type, is prevalent in Sydney. The spell of wintry weather is a factor assisting the spread. Received June 14, 5.5 p.m. Melbourne, June 14. The influenza epidemic has greatly reduced the staffs of Government departments and business houses. The hospitals are overcrowded with patients. The majority of the latter cases are reported to be mild.
