Old Boys 3; Wellington 16 v. 'Varsity 3: Athletic 35 v. Hutt 0; Poneke, a bye. Peter H. Burge, of the N.S.W. Wallabies, is 6ft. high, and weighs 14st. A. Burge, also of the Wallabies, is 6ft. 2in. and weighs 14.9. Frank, the star of the lot. is 6ft. and 13.10. L. Burge, the youngest, is 6ft. and 13.8. All four brothers are six-footers. Ail played in the forwards, all represented New South Wales, and three of them Australia. Frank, who announces his retirement from the game, is the greatest all-round forward we have ever seen on a Rugby football field (says the Sydney Referee). Ris brilliancy and skill rivals that of the champion hacks of the period. He has a remarkable foothall conception and unique powers in carrying out his ideas.
