BRITISH STILL HELD UP. RECALCITRANT TRIBESMEN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Jan. 11, 5.5 p.m. Delhi, Jan. 10. > Advices from Jandola, dated the 9th inst., state that tribal meetings continue. Kandiduram, Musa Khan, and Fazildin remain obdurate, and are preparing to oppose our advance. With Musa Khan, and Pazildin broken, the last barrier to a complete settlement would disappear. The 67th and 43rd Brigades have established a camp north of Kotrai. During the withdrawal of the 43rd Brigade, which acted as covering troops, the enemy endeavored to rush the pickets, but was repulsed with heavy losses. Our casualties were slight. The Air Force continues bombing flights.—Reuter Service.
