IV'fIANGAMOMONA. (From Our Own Correspondent.) The observer reports: Hazy and cloudy conditions generally prevailed throughout the month of January. Rain fell on 22 days, which was exceptional; maximum fall 1.94 in on 1-Gth (the only heavy fall); total for month 4 Gsin.
