In the Supreme Court, Ramdetta, a Hindoo, j'or indecent assault at Rukuliia, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. James Good Gibson, a commercial traveller, married for indecent assault on a girl of six years at Uotorua, was sentenced to three years' reformative treatment In the case of Walter Taylor, guilty of theft of a lamb and mischief at Rukuliia, counsel claimed that there was 110 reason for" the crime and the prisoner gained nothing, it was jiK.t mischief. Accused was admitted to probation for three years.
