RELEASE OP INTERNED IRISH. Melbourne, Dec. 20. In tho House of Representatives Mr. Pearca announced that the Irish internees and several others, mostly Australian born, would be released, THE WHEAT GUARANTEE. Melbourne, Dec. 20. Mi*. Watt has announced that the Government is paying the whole guarantee for the 1918-19 wheat crop to farmers early in tho new year. Thi9 will involve an expenditure of £13,600,000. THE FRENCH MISSION..
