AT CONSTANTINOPLE.
CARE OF DOMINION PRISONERS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Sight. A cablegram from the High Commissioner to the Defence Minister states that the United States Ambassador in Constantinople has been fairly successful in supplying necessaries and comforts to New Zealand prisoners of war. The High Commissioner has placed £SOO at the disposal of the Ambassador through the Foreign Office for this purpose. The message mentions that Corporal Earles, about whom inquiries were made recently, is recovering and is now in one of the Turkish prison camps.
