WANTS PEACE BADLY. AWAITING EVENTS. Received March 9, 8.15 p.m. London, March 9. Mr. Donohoe reports that at a recent meeting of the new Turkish Committee the Grand Vizier upheld the contention that an immediate peace should be concluded with the Entente.
