ATTACKED FOR BEING PROGERMAN. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Copenhagen, Feb. 11. A surprise discussion occurred in the Riksdag concerning the grant to tlie Royal Family. Mr. Hoeglund, a Socialist and editor of the Vormklokkatt, ■ moved its rejection on the ground thai the Swedish Court was pro-German, pointing out that the Queen had received an Iron Cross made of shrapnel found ly a German in Belgium. Mr. Hoeglund criticised King Gustave's letter to the King of Italy. The Foreign Minister declared himself fully responsible for the Swedish policy during the war. The grant was voted by 80 votes to 20, the Socialists abstaining from voting,
