Mr. Redmond denies that the conversations have iheen renewed regarding further concessions. He is confident that the Homo Rule Bill will he sent to the Lords unchanged, before Whitsuntide. The Irish Independent states that a firm of clothiers in the East End, formerly Government contractors, is supplying khaki uniforms to the Carsonite army, evading the regulations by the removal of the regimental buttons, and declaring them second-hand clothes. Concealed in these packages are also parts of machine guns.
