The Mission to Seamen Trust Hoard alleged that the declaration of trust, did not carry out the instructions of Mrs. Williams and that it did not represent the agreement arrived it between Mrs. Williams and the Board of Trustees in so fir as the trust did not therein limit the control by the Mission to Seamen to such time -\s the Rev. .lames Moore should be the Mwionev of the Society at Wellington. Plaintiff asked for ail order rectifying tl>« mistake and bringing about the desired limitation. The hearing was adjourned.
