BOWLING.
Three rinks from the Xcw Plymouth Bowling Club will engage in a match against a Stratford contingent at 10.45 o'clock on Thursday morning on the oeal cfub's green. The teams are: Collins, Penn, Burgess, H. Smart (s): Humphries, McKellar, Hall, S. Bundle (s); A. Goldwater, Paul, Medley, A. K. Smart (s). The match is for the "banner."
At 2.30 p.m. the same day a five-rink competition with rinks from the West End Club will take place on the New Plymouth Club's green, all games to count for the banner. Following are the New Plymouth Club's rinks:—Paul, Morey, sen., Medley, A. K. Smart (a); Collins, Luscombe, Penn, H. Smart (s); H. Goldwater, McKellar, C. Rundle, S. Bundle («); Humphries, Cock, Hall, H. Ward (s); Coodacre, Ewing, A. Goldwater, Burgess (8).
