Maissin, who is accused of supplying bad powder to the navy, states that he denounced (hose responsible for the supply of powder to the Jena at the close of the enquiry, but his letter was suppressed. M. Louppe. ex-manager of the Point-de-Biiis ammunition factory, declares that he manufactured in accordance with the regulations. There was no had work in his time.
