Lloyd-George's speech as an inadmissablc interference with Moroccan negotiations of which he cannot know the nature. His advice is in the form of a threat, and cannot be tolerated. The Frankfurter Zeitung insists that Germany should not be debarred from making claims for future expansion. BRITAIN CONFERRING WITH FRENCH AMBASSADOR, London, July 25. Messrs.
