This event did not spring up lite a mushroom; we were planning it for weeks. These 150 suits were made for us by four leading makers, with whom we have done tremendous business during the last three months. As one good turn deserves another, these manufacturers were willing to give us their entire surplus yardages of material at large 19s M 59s M concessions. Besides, business has been quiet with them for the last fortnight, and they were glad to keep their tailors busy, even at a sacrifice of profit. Every one of the 150 suits has been made during the last fornight. Every suit measures up to our highest standard of quality in tailoring, fabrics and trimmings.
