The Ml Block Hall Committee are holding a euclire party and dance in the Bell Block Hall to-morrow (Wednesday) evening. The proprietors of Bonnington's Irish Moss notify in another column that an action was commenced by them in the Auckland Supreme Court on the 31st May, 1911, asking for an injunction and damages against an Auckland manufacturer for infringing their trade mark for Bennington's Irish Moss, and selling Irish Moss not manufactured by thorn. This notion was settled by the defendant consenting to the injunction and paying damages and costs. The firm intimates that they will at once commence proceedings against any other person who may sell, or attempt to sell under their trade mark, any imitation thereof or Irish Moss not manufactured by them.
