A GREAT FIRE

The celebrations on the occasion of the anniversary of the Constitution were marred by a conflagration at Stamboul. Hundreds of houses arc already destroyed, and many are still burning with terrific intensity, owing to a violent north wind. The offices of the Ministry of War are threatened. The fire is believed to be due to criminals using petroleum. Mahomet Skevet Pasha was injured by burning.
