FIGHTING IN ALBANIA.
SUFFERINGS OF REFUGEES. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright London, July 19. Sir Edward Grey, in reply to questions in the House of Commons, detailed the sufferings of 10,000 Albanians who took refuge in Montenegro, and of hundreds who went southwards to Scutari. Britain was unable to undertake relief operations, but would endeavor to secure facilities for private benevolence.
