ARRIVED. Wellington, Thursday.—Arrived, at 11.15 a.m., Aorangi, from San Francisco, via Rarotonga. THE PATEENA. The Pateena yesterday brought 149 tons of cargo from Onehunga, which included 380 bags of cement, 40 bags of hydraulic lime, 185 bags of sugar, s'/ 2 tons of flour, 445 cases of fruit, 1000 firebricks, and a motor car. She sailed for Onehunga last evening as usual. THE ROSAMOND. The Rosamond arrived from Wellington, Picton and Nelson yesterday morning with 319 tons of cargo, including 1140 bags of salt, 320 sacks of meal, 100 cases of kerosene, and 8909 ft of timber. Transhipments were brought ex Ascot, Tongariro, Kaipara, Mimiro, Nairnshire and Corinthic. The Rosamond sailed last evening for Onehunga, whence she proceeds direct to Wellington.

THE CORINNA. The Corinna is due from southern ports this morning and will have 535 tons of cargo to land here. She remains here till to-morrow and then sails for Wellington and South Island ports. WAIMEA DUE NEXT WEEK. The Waimea is due here from Grevmouth on Tuesday with a cargo of State coal. The Anchor Company's agents (Messrs. Cock and Co.) advise us that the Alexander is not loading for New Plymouth. NEW COASTAL STEAMER. Another new steamer is to make her appearance in the New Zealand coastal trade within the next few months. Captain Geo. Schultze, late master of the barquentine Mary Isabel, is to go to Scotland to bring out the new steamer. It is undestood that the vessel is being built for the Mitchelson Timber Co., Auckland, owners of the Ohinemuri, which arrived at New Plymouth this week from the north.
