SEPARATION ORDERS CONDEMNED. "ABSOLUTE EQUALITY OF THE SEXES." By Cable.—Press Association—Copyright London, March 1. Giving evidence before the Divorce Commission, Justice Sir J. C. Bigham, President of the Probate, Divorce, and Admiralty Division of the High Court of Justice, strongly opposed legal saparations, and aroused considerable criticism by stating that men's misconduct had less significance than women's.
