The Victorians in their first innings I scored ISO—Smith 34, Delves 57, Kortjang 34 not out. Scott secured three wickets for 11 and Emery four for 45. New South Wales' innings realised 103 —Bardsley (.31) and Gow (3S) being the chief scorers. Armstrong took two wickets for 34 and Saunders six for 78.
ENGLAND v. SOUTH AFRICA. Received 27, 12.5 a.m. Durban. January 20. - In the second test, match. Marylebone team v. South Africa, the local men scored 347 in their second innings, White being responsible for US. England, in their second innings, liaye lost no wickets for 15. [South Africa made 190 in their first innings, England responding with the same total.]
NEW SOUTH WALKS v. "THE REST/'

In Turner's benefit match the Rest or Australia made 382 in their second innings, Maync (03), Simpson (102;. Armstrong (85) and Faey (44) being the chief scorers. The Rest made 100 in /their first innings. New South Wales made 302 and 275, thus winning by 35 runs.
CHANGE IN AUSTRALIAN TEAM.

H. Hill is unable to visit New Zealand, and it is likely that Simpson will take his nlace in the team.
The Carrington Road juniors will not play at Waitara this afternoon.
