Auoklund, August 12. A meeting of creditors this morning discussed the best method of procedure in the- absence of bankrupt Frank A. Cooper, Auckland, gas expert, whose whereabouts cannot he nscertai'.ied. It was stated that his debts amounted to about .C2OO, and it was decided that tln> assignee should arrange for an examination of bankrupt's books and report to a future .meeting of creditors.
