Uwners are particularly reminded that all entries must be accompanied by cash, cheque, or P.O. Order. This rule will re strictly enforced. Only members of the Bookmakers' Association or Tattersall'B will be permitted to ply their calling on tne course on the day of the races, and they will be charged a fee of 6 guineas for this privilege.
