WELLINGTON 11. v. WEST COAST. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 2. The game between Wellington's second eleven and a team representative of Wanaanui, Taranaki, and Manawatu was continued to-day, and ended in a victory for the home team by am innings and 21 runs. The visitors in their first innings made 144, the highest scorers being L. P. Cave 70, K. Cave 27, and H. Cave 11. In tho second innings they made 67, the only double figure scorers being L. P. Cave 12 anti Robertson 10. This innings was a procession, Luckie taking five wickets for 16 runs.; The home team made 232 in their first innings—Richardson (52) being top scorer. CANTERBURY v. OTAGO.
