(Received Dec. 2, 9.5 p.m.) London, Nov. 28. The by-election for the Isle of Thanet soat resulted :—Hon. E. Harmsworth (Coalition Unionist), 9711; Mr West, 7058.
At the general election Mr Norman Craig, K.C., Coalition Unionist, was returned unopposed.
