LAND AGENTS' OPERATIONS.

Mr Witty asked the Prime Minister whether he would introduce an amendment of the Land Agents Act this year to prevent one agent from acting for both parties in a transaction, by making it a penal offence. <•' Mi- Poland: Does not the Prime Ministor think land agents should bp abolished altogether;-1 Mr xviassoy : I am not quite sure 'we could abolish them by legislation. Ido not think we shall have time to deal with the Laud Agents^Bill this session. There are more important Bills, but I am willing to consider the matter later.
