Washington,' May 9. The Russian Embassy, in a statement, says that Bolshevism is undoubtedly dying. The' hour when the Omsk Government will be able to establish itself .as the Government of Russia is approaching. Koltohak's forces are rapidly noaring the Volga, and pursuing the Bclsheviki.
