(Received May 18, 5.5 p.m.).. London, May 18

Advices from Ekaterinodar, in the Kuban province of Ciscaucasia, state that a grayedigger at PartigorsS, where genei-als and ex-Ministers, including Russky and Dmitrieff, were massacred during the' Bolshevist l-eginie, narrated how he was awakened at midnight by Red Guards -carrying naked swords, and ordered to accompany them to a large grave, where 35 prisoners, old and young, were ordered to bare ! their necks and kneel. The leader commanded his followers to begin from the left. -

Five Red Guards proceeded to carry out the execution in a^ leisurely manner, j like butchers chopping meat, often missing the neck and slashing the face. Borne of the victim fell outside the grave' and were* kicked in. When the work "was finished the Red Guards lit cigarettes and laughed and jested, while j groans were audible beneath the earth I as the grave was filled.

Another thirty victims were treated similarly an hour later.
