'".. ;■■; .-,.■ ■ Mr N. pidersliaw; was elected secre"t'ary pro. tern/ .! ; ' , The secretary was instructed to write to the Boys' and Girls' Colleges asking what prospects there were of forming hockey teams, and stating that the Hockey Association would supply the necessary coaches if needed. The secretary was instructed to write to Nelson City Council asking for th«-> use of the Botanical Reserve for the season 1919-20. . It was suggested that the usual six a-side tournament be held on June 3rd . and that a ball be held m the evening* ! :Mr Savage consented to call a meet^ ing of ladies with a view to forming : ladies' teams in town. Particulars wis jbe advertised later. It is to be hoped : that now the Saturday lialf-holidav is in vogue several ladies' arid gentlemen's i teams will be forthcoming this year I Secretaries of the various gentlemen's ; clubs were advised to call a meeting of their various clubs as.soon as possible
