TAKAKA.

~An error occurred in our Takaka 'notes published, on Thursday morning last, -when it was stated that Messrs J. and-T. Cook, of the -Golden Bay Dairy Co-operative, were taking over the Appleby factory in the Waimea 'district.. The factory taken over is the Brightwater factory/ and as Mr. John Cook is an expert butter maker and Mr. Thomas Cook is an expert accountaut and_ has a thorough knowledge of the business end of butter factories it is safe to predict that the affairs of the Brightwater factory will very shortly assume a rosy hue. The Messrs Cook will prove an acquisition to the Waimea district.
