STOKE HORTICULTURAL SHOW.

For the Stoke Horticultural Show ,-to be held on Friday and^ Saturday next, record entries hare already been received, and the display gr fruit will Be tfte nnest yet seen in Stoke.' In view of past successes this is a big thing to say. In addition to the local production there will be fruit exhibits from Marlborough and the friendly rivalry will add to the interest m the exhibition. Besides the fruit, there will be vegetables, flowers, ■domestic and industrial sections; competitions in packing and casemakingsweets and jumWe stalls; tea laoskand a display of war trophies; and entertainments in the evenings. The committee have been working hard and their reward should be the most successful show yet held in Stoke. Exhibits are to be left at the Hall between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Friday
