Colonel Bristow, of the Air Force, in a speech in London, stated that he recently Inspected an aeroplane in Lopdon provided with 92 armchairs in rows of four each. The new flight regulations applying to military and commercial machines will be published as soon as possible. It is anticipated that private flight will Te-commenc:e early in April.
