Rather heavy quantities of stone fruits have been received since our last report, and values are easier. Choice dessert apples and pears are meeting with better inquiry at improved rates. Cooking apples are more plentiful, kelson tomatoes are coming forward irioro freely, and we anticipate locallygrown lots to be on the market during the next ten days. The following values are obtaining:— • Pears: Choice W.B.C. 8s to 9s, other grades os to 7s, Jargonelle 6s to 7s, 1 ertility 6s 3d to 6s 9d, Bosc and Jersey 6s 6d to 7s 6d, Flemish Beauty 5s i?d to 5s 9d, Vicar of Winkfield 4s 6d to os per bushel.
