We!3ingtcn, September 19. liie Victori-i College Council last mght ounsiderpd a scheme for the extension of the north and'south wings of the college, in- order to -provide rooms for a' School of Economics. The estimated cost of the additions is about £20,000. Sir Robert Stout considered that tho Government possibly would not be prepared to consider Mich an outlay at the present time, and .suggested an appeal i:o the public.
