Charles McCormack, 18. was chargod rfith breaking and entering Oldbui-y's ■ shop--on Saturday, arid McCormack and Gnnn vqyp- charged with breaking and Altering the New Lynn Post Office. They were remanded till Tuesday next. Bnil was refused.

Auckland, September 17. Another arrest in connection, with the burglary charges was made this morning. A driver named Walter Panesch, aged 21, was charged at the Police Court, ,md remanded for a week.
