,^ r, , Wellington, July 26. iiie Board of Agriculture has Held several meetings during the week and discussed'with the Minister and the Director-General of Agriculture a number of matters affecting the agricultural and_ pastoral industry and the reorganisation of the Department of Agriculture. The Board passed the following resolution: "From full information that lias been placed at the disposal of the Board of Agriculture regarding the wool position, the board wishes to express its satisfaction with the terms offered by the Imperial Government, ;md to state that it ■considers'that tho acceptance of this ofi'er by our Government- if in the best interests of the Dominion." The board resolved to advise all landholders to immediately plant more quick-growing timber trees.
