Haparanda messages state that tl ree Guards regiments joined the side of the Constituent Assembly and opened hostilities against the Bolsheviki.
The Red Guards surrounded the Social Revolutionaries' headquarters and an;ested fifty members of the military organisation formed for tte defence of the Constituent Assembly.
Tko Brest Litovsk negotiations, which have been suspended, will be resumed on the 29th.
