(Received Jan. 15, 5.5 p.m.) New York, Jan. 14. The United Press correspondent at Tokio reportsl that the disorders are increasing at Vladivostok. A battle between Bolshevikis and Cossacks is imminent. The Bolslevikis, aided by reinforcements, defeated the Cossacks at Irkutsk. The Japanese newspapers give prominence to a lengthy conference between Ministers and the Emperor.
